Your session fee is due immediately upon arrival of your session. The rest of your payment may be paid through our online booking system, cash, and or through Zelle. Your date/time may not be reserved until deposit fee is made.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

KaeL Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to personal illness, emergency, and/or weather. If rescheduling can not happen due to photographer; a refund for paid session will be issued.

Clients have the right to reschedule a session within one week prior to the original date after notifying the photographer with no additional fee. If you prefer to cancel your session instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $35.

Rescheduling and Cancellations of your session date within 72 hours may incur additional fees and you may not receive a refund for your sitting fee deposit. You may reschedule within 90 days.

Turn-a-round timing

KaeL Photography strives to have your photos ready to view between 7-10 business days(Monday-Friday) after your session. If longer is needed, the photographer will communicate that upon session. If the client would like unedited images without the watermark, there would be a $3 fee per photo or $30 for the full session without watermark.

Copyright Policy

KaeL Photography owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to copy, scan, print, or reproduce photographs or digital images created by KaeL Photography without a paid print release. By doing so, you are devaluing my work as am artist. Fines will start at $50,000 for copyright infringement.

We would love for you to utilize your complete booking session time, so we ask that you please arrive on time. Although we love our clients, we recommend that you do not arrive no more than 15 minutes earlier that your session. If you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, KaeL Photography reserves the right to cancel your session.
